A career in the technical sector
We both grew up with HERVAC, a family business specialising in air treatment, ventilation and air conditioning for private, industrial and pharmaceutical projects. Through numerous renovation projects, our work has convinced us of the importance of a healthy and comfortable indoor environment for the well-being of occupants.
A new project, our own
For generations, our family has enjoyed a special relationship with Spain. Between summer holidays, extended stays and investing in our own homes, this country is deeply rooted in our family tradition.
So, after handing over the reins of our previous company to our children, we decided to devote ourselves fully to our Spanish project. Our aim: to share our knowledge and passion for Spain and help others to find what they are looking for.
We fell in love with the Southern Costa Blanca
Seduced by the climate, the beauty of the landscapes and the warm welcome of the inhabitants of the Valencia community, we had to accept the obvious: the Costa Blanca Sud was where our project would take place.
We’re not going to lie to you: at the start, the adventure wasn’t without its problems. We experienced agencies that didn’t offer any post-purchase follow-up ,uncertainty about the choice of companies and the procedures to be followed in a foreign country… Not to mention the language barrier!
It was in the face of these difficulties that we realised the need for tailor-made support.
The birth of API Together
With a background as an estate agent in the Valence community, we decided to create API Together. Our structure makes it a point of honour to support you throughout your project: from finding the right property to settling in, in your day-to-day procedures, fitting out and maintaining your property while you’re on the move, and so on.
A little anecdote
The choice of the name ‘API Together’ is not insignificant: ‘API’ stands for Anne et Pierre. And ‘Together’ refers to the many projects we have passionately worked on together .
On a day-to-day basis, we really want to create a relationship of trust with our customers. That’s why we’ve chosen this name, which underlines our desire to provide you with personalised support, with good humour, kindness and attention.
